Independent oil pumps and filters are used in conjunction with copper pipes to distribute oil supply, lubrication and cooling for each gear position. The drive part of the cutter shaft is specially designed to rotate smoothly; the newly designed adjustment is adopted.
Clearance gear, realizes no-clearance transmission, adopts hollow cutter shaft, which is light, fast, accurate and slightly fixed.

The paper feeding double-row paper pressing sun wheel, the meter measuring wheel is in the middle of the two rows of sun wheels, reducing the cutting error caused by the vibration of the cardboard when cutting paper.
The motor of this machine adopts energy storage brake, the average power consumption is 1/3 of the ordinary cross-cutting machine, saving 30% of the power.
