A. Yes, all of our floor is made of new PP raw material which import from Korea,we promise that never use the recycle material.

Q. Is there a minimum order amount?
A. As encouragement to try the items from our selection of different model, we have a low minimum on 1000pcs of each item for order.

Q. How to paint the court lines?
A It's easy to do it,we will send you the instruction and video how to make it.
Q. Can you do the installation?
A. We can arrange the engineer to go there and teach the worker how to install the floor if the customer required,and the cost will calculate base on the order qty and finishing time.

·We're factory, also can work as trader to source goods for you.
2) About delivery:
-We keep normal stock for the standard patterns and items, can send the goods out immediately for small quantity. If large quantity, normally 7-15 days.

After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check the quality. Normally we have stock for our common products, can send samples out immediately. If customize sample, it takes 3-15 days. The sample is free and the clients need to cover the freight cost.

You can pay by Western Union or online payment. If you are not satisfied with the freight cost you can pay on collect.
6). Can you Design for us?
Yes, We have a professional team in flooring design and manufacturing. Just tell us ideas and we will help to carry out your idea into the design. We will send you samples for confirmation.
7). What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW,FOB, CFR, CIF,DDU, DDP, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
8)·How about I had never buy product from China?
We will guide you step by step, we can help to calculate all the possible cost for you. Our shipping forwarder will also insist you on your port side.
