Scope of Application

Technical Features
Warping and reversing shaft is controlled by AC variable frequency, constant line speed,constant tension and high speed running.
Special mechanical, electric, hydraulic and pneumatic integrated device generates oil pressure, pushes the caliper brake, completes warping brake control, proportional valve controls heavy external steel belt damping mode, and realizes automatic control of large shaft tension
Warping actuating transmission is of double servo motor bearing screw structure, response quickly, high precision, and the determination of strip location and starting point location can be automatically achieved by once button pressing.
AC digital servo and ball screw drive warping table forward and backward to achieve equal distance back of warping table during warping process.
Laser measuring sensor is equipped on the warping machine and can measure the depth of yarn layers many times, the automatic measurement of the warping displacement parameters can be achieved, the yarn press roller ensures the yarn surface to be more smooth.
The two sets of tension rollers with specially treated surfaces are precisely controlled by a high-power servo motor, and are linked with the pressure sensor on the warping table to achieve precise control of large tension during the entire warping process.
Thick steel large roller, surface paint treatment, good adhesion and corrosion resistance, and verified by high-precision dynamic balance.
Adopt communication technology, integrated design of machine, electricity, gas and liquid. Equipped with multiple sets of PLC, multiple sets of AC digital servo frequency conversion, two sets of touch screen, advanced system, reliable and high degree of automation
The warping host moves on the ground rail, and the sub-gallows, tension racks and creel racks are fixed, so that the strips remain unchanged relative to the center of the sub-twist and creel racks, and the tension of the side yarn is more uniform.
Double frequency conversion motor and high-precision helical gear reducer ensure greater tension when reversing the shaft and the transmission is more stable.
The pneumatically controlled safety railing device ensures more safety and reliability when reversing the shaft.
Reinforced creel, spindle pitch and spindle number can be selected according to user requirements, and equipped with various types of barrel core and anti-balloon device for selection.
There are various types of high-precision high-tension tensioners and reinforced warp stop devices for users to choose.
Equipped with static elimination device on the warping table, reversing shaft machine is equipped with oiling device and pressure device for users to choose.
